A medida tem por objetivo facilitar o acesso dos consumidores a diferentes op\u00e7\u00f5es de produtos, de forma r\u00e1pida, e reduzir a sele\u00e7\u00e3o de risco.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 <strong>rescis\u00e3o de contrato,<\/strong> as regras atuais s\u00e3o vari\u00e1veis, com a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o sendo feita 60 dias antes do cancelamento. A nova proposta estabelece rescis\u00e3o somente na data base do contrato, com 60 dias de anteced\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Impactos da nova pol\u00edtica de reajustes da ANS<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>As diversas altera\u00e7\u00f5es na pol\u00edtica de reajustes da ANS podem introduzir um novo cen\u00e1rio para as empresas e operadoras de planos de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Redu\u00e7\u00e3o do poder de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o das empresas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A defini\u00e7\u00e3o de um \u00edndice \u00fanico de reajuste para grupos maiores, al\u00e9m da limita\u00e7\u00e3o da negocia\u00e7\u00e3o individualizada, diminui o poder de barganha das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, especialmente as de maior porte. No entanto, cabe ressaltar que ganhos e perdas sempre depender\u00e3o do resultado individual da empresa versus o resultado do pool de riscos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Maior previsibilidade para as empresas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A elimina\u00e7\u00e3o da possibilidade de reajustes por sinistralidade individualizada <strong>diminui o risco<\/strong> de aumentos inesperados nos custos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Aumento da transpar\u00eancia<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As operadoras ser\u00e3o obrigadas a fornecer <strong>informa\u00e7\u00f5es mais detalhadas<\/strong> sobre os c\u00e1lculos dos reajustes, aumentando a transpar\u00eancia e a confian\u00e7a das empresas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Foco na qualidade dos servi\u00e7os<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A venda online e a padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos reajustes podem estimular a concorr\u00eancia entre as operadoras, incentivando melhores servi\u00e7os.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Novas din\u00e2micas nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es entre empresas e operadoras<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A qualidade dos servi\u00e7os, resultados, performance, flexibilidade, entre outros pontos, continuam sendo os principais pilares das empresas ao priorizar rela\u00e7\u00f5es de longo prazo com as operadoras. O aspecto financeiro (resultado do pool versus alguma flexibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o) tende a ser predominante na decis\u00e3o de troca ou manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da operadora para companhias de at\u00e9 mil vidas.<\/p>\n<p>A gest\u00e3o eficiente dos planos de sa\u00fade j\u00e1 \u00e9 um diferencial para as empresas.
