Ap\u00f3s o per\u00edodo de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o previsto na reuni\u00e3o, o Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e Emprego passar\u00e1 a fiscalizar o cumprimento dessas medidas, aplicando multas proporcionais ao porte da empresa, \u00e0 gravidade das infra\u00e7\u00f5es e \u00e0 reincid\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m ficou definido que o governo publicar\u00e1 um guia orientativo. Adicionalmente, ser\u00e1 criado um grupo de monitoramento para acompanhar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da norma.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o da NR-1 ocorre em um momento sens\u00edvel<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Em 2024, o Brasil registrou <a href=\"https:\/\/acrisure.com.br\/insights\/afastamentos-2024-dorsalgia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recorde de afastamentos por transtornos mentais e comportamentais,<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0evidenciando a urg\u00eancia de a\u00e7\u00f5es voltadas \u00e0 sa\u00fade psicol\u00f3gica no ambiente de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Apesar da relev\u00e2ncia do tema, sindicatos patronais haviam pedido formalmente o adiamento da norma, justificando que a mudan\u00e7a traria impactos significativos \u00e0s empresas, como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a transfer\u00eancia de responsabilidades relacionadas \u00e0 sa\u00fade mental, considerada uma quest\u00e3o de ordem global;<\/li>\n<li>a necessidade de investimentos n\u00e3o planejados em profissionais especializados;<\/li>\n<li>e a falta de clareza sobre os crit\u00e9rios de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e cumprimento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Embora o atraso na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o oficial tenha gerado incertezas, auditores ressaltam que as <strong>exig\u00eancias da nova norma n\u00e3o s\u00e3o in\u00e9ditas<\/strong> e que sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o deveria representar grande complexidade.
