A proposta segue agora para an\u00e1lise da <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Comiss\u00e3o de Infraestrutura (CI)<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, em decis\u00e3o final.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">O texto altera a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/leis_2001\/l10233.htm\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Lei 10.233\/2001<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, atribuindo \u00e0 <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Transportes Terrestres (ANTT)<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> a responsabilidade de regulamentar o transporte pr\u00f3prio de produtos perigosos realizado por produtores rurais, como combust\u00edveis para abastecer maquin\u00e1rio agr\u00edcola.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;335559738&quot;:240,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 aria-level=\"3\"><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Regras atuais e necessidade de adapta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;134245418&quot;:true,&quot;134245529&quot;:true,&quot;335559738&quot;:281,&quot;335559739&quot;:281}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Atualmente, a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 5.998\/22 da ANTT exige que o transporte de produtos perigosos em vias p\u00fablicas seja feito apenas por ve\u00edculos e equipamentos que atendam a requisitos t\u00e9cnicos e operacionais espec\u00edficos.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A norma tamb\u00e9m pro\u00edbe o <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">transporte simult\u00e2neo de cargas<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">perigosas <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">com outros produtos ou passageiros e exige documenta\u00e7\u00e3o e <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/acrisure.com.br\/insights\/treinamento-de-motoristas\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional dos condutores<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">No entanto, essas exig\u00eancias foram criadas para opera\u00e7\u00f5es em escala industrial ou urbana e n\u00e3o levam em conta a realidade do meio rural. Em regi\u00f5es como Norte e Centro-Oeste, a oferta de transportadoras especializadas \u00e9 limitada ou inexistente, o que obriga produtores a assumirem o <\/span><a
