O <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quiet quitting<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, em portugu\u00eas \u201cdemiss\u00e3o silenciosa\u201d, \u00e9 usado para <strong>caracterizar os profissionais que estabelecem limites bem definidos entre trabalho e vida pessoal.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apesar do nome, essa atitude<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">n\u00e3o tem nada a ver com pedir demiss\u00e3o de fato. Os trabalhadores que aderem a este movimento defendem corresponder apenas \u00e0s obriga\u00e7\u00f5es definidas na descri\u00e7\u00e3o do seu trabalho.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A psic\u00f3loga da It\u2019sSeg, Patr\u00edcia Weisman, esclarece: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAntigamente, o bom colaborador era aquele que fazia jornadas extras, ficava mais tempo na empresa, justamente para mostrar uma boa produtividade. Hoje em dia, <strong>n\u00f3s estamos vendo uma mudan\u00e7a na cultura corporativa<\/strong>, principalmente nessa nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalhadores\u201d.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Embora qualquer profissional possa aderir ao <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quiet quitting<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, sabe-se que a maioria do p\u00fablico faz parte da Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z e <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millennials<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (pessoas nascidas a partir de 1995). Um dos principais focos desses indiv\u00edduos \u00e9 trabalhar sem esgotamento e buscar um maior equil\u00edbrio na rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre empregador e funcion\u00e1rio.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>O surgimento da demiss\u00e3o silenciosa<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em julho de 2022, diversos v\u00eddeos come\u00e7aram a surgir nas redes sociais com colaboradores explicando seus motivos de n\u00e3o trabalharem al\u00e9m do que foi combinado na contrata\u00e7\u00e3o. Eles tamb\u00e9m contam que n\u00e3o se importam em trabalhar mais ou assumir novas tarefas, <strong>contanto que sejam valorizados por isso.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outro motivo para o surgimento do<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> quiet quitting<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pode estar ligado \u00e0 pandemia de covid-19. Com a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de trabalho em <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">home office, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">houve aumento da compreens\u00e3o de que se deve privilegiar a qualidade de vida e equilibr\u00e1-la com o trabalho.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cQualquer pessoa pode ter um esgotamento f\u00edsico ou mental, independentemente da faixa et\u00e1ria. Mas acredito que essa gera\u00e7\u00e3o mais jovem, at\u00e9 por uma quest\u00e3o de maior conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o, est\u00e1 priorizando cada vez mais a sa\u00fade. Eles querem que sobre mais tempo para fazer outras coisas da vida que n\u00e3o seja o trabalho. E isso influencia em outras gera\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m\u201d, explica Patr\u00edcia.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Demiss\u00e3o silenciosa preocupa lideran\u00e7as<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empresas de recursos humanos, escrit\u00f3rios de advocacia e at\u00e9 startups de intelig\u00eancia artificial entraram em campo para oferecer consultoria a outras empresas sobre o <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">quiet quitting<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao que tudo indica, existe uma demanda: l\u00edderes em geral e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de diversos setores est\u00e3o preocupados com a sa\u00edda em massa de seus colaboradores.
