Por isso, n\u00e3o poderia ser utilizado como instrumento de estrat\u00e9gia jur\u00eddica empresarial sem consentimento livre e espec\u00edfico do titular dos dados.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Esse ponto refor\u00e7a a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">prote\u00e7\u00e3o das informa\u00e7\u00f5es cl\u00ednicas dos trabalhadores<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0dentro das empresas.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3
