A data foi criada pela Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial de Sa\u00fade Mental e tem como intuito informar e combater o preconceito que envolve esse tema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom: 0;\">\n<p style=\"color: #495358; font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold;\">Pode ser mais comum do que imaginamos<\/p>\n<p>Quando falamos de sa\u00fade mental, n\u00e3o podemos deixar de citar a depress\u00e3o. De acordo com relat\u00f3rio feito pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS), at\u00e9 2030, a doen\u00e7a seria respons\u00e1vel por 9,8% de vida saudav\u00e9l perdida em todo o mundo. Mas o n\u00famero de pessoas com depress\u00e3o aumentou bastante e essa estimativa foi alcan\u00e7ada em 2010. E hoje a doen\u00e7a j\u00e1 atinge cerca de 400 milh\u00f5es de pessoas no mundo todo. Segundo a Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Apoio aos Doentes Depressivos e Bipolares (ADEB), estima-se que, de cada 100 pessoas, 30 sofrem ou podem sofrer algum tipo de problema mental durante a vida.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, ao menos uma pessoa dentre essas 100 pode desenvolver esquizofrenia. V\u00edcios, anorexia, bulimia, s\u00edndrome do p\u00e2nico, fobias, cleptomania, depress\u00e3o, estresse, transtorno obsessivo compulsivo, bipolaridade, transtornos sexuais, de personalidade, do sono, s\u00e3o algumas entre tantas outras doen\u00e7as mentais que, apesar de conhecermos,n\u00e3o damos a devida import\u00e2ncia. Mudan\u00e7as bruscas de personalidade, incapacidade de enfrentar problemas do dia a dia, ansiedadedesmedida, des\u00e2nimo a ponto de prejudicar as atividades di\u00e1rias, abuso de drogas ou \u00e1lcool e ins\u00f4nia recorrente s\u00e3o sinais que precisam ser investigados e tratados de forma adequada. Caso voc\u00ea apresente qualquer um desses sintomas, procure um especialista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-bottom: 0;\">\n<p style=\"color: #495358; font-size: 22px; font-weight: bold;\">Cuidar da mente tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 cuidar da sa\u00fade<\/p>\n<p>Os cuidados com a sa\u00fade mental se assemelham aos da sa\u00fade f\u00edsica. Manter a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel, praticar exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos e fazer check-ups regulares s\u00e3o fundamentais para afastar o estresse e outros fatores que possam afetar seu bem-estar. Al\u00e9m disso, dedique-se a atividades prazerosas e passe mais tempo com pessoas queridas.
