O termo ganhou destaque de uns tempos pra c\u00e1, principalmente em decorr\u00eancia da<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/acrisure.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pandemia<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Muito se fala sobre as causas e sintomas do burnout, mas o processo de recupera\u00e7\u00e3o ainda \u00e9 pouco difundido. A psic\u00f3loga da Acrisure, Patr\u00edcia Weisman, explica:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEsse esgotamento <\/span><b>n\u00e3o \u00e9 algo que surge de uma hora pra outra.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00c9 um ac\u00famulo de situa\u00e7\u00f5es que v\u00e3o desestabilizando a pessoa at\u00e9 que ela chegue ao burnout. Por isso, o tratamento tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o vai ser do dia para noite\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h2><b>Comportamento de um profissional com burnout\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os profissionais que sofrem com esgotamento t\u00eam um comportamento complexo: conforme se sentem mais exaustos, tendem a trabalhar mais e cada vez com menos efici\u00eancia &#8211; \u00e9 o que explica Susan David, m\u00e9dica e professora na Harvard Medical School, em entrevista ao <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valor Econ\u00f4mico<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Isso se deve ao fato de que geralmente os profissionais t\u00eam dificuldades em reconhecer seus limites. Al\u00e9m disso, <strong>o medo de sofrer repres\u00e1lias<\/strong> por um baixo desempenho no trabalho tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 associado ao burnout.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Ind\u00edcios do esgotamento\u00a0<\/b><\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existe um ciclo antes do indiv\u00edduo chegar de fato ao burnout. Geralmente come\u00e7a com um dia estressante no trabalho, prazos apertados, dificuldades financeiras e problemas pessoais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Segundo Patricia Weisman, a falta de cuidados com a sa\u00fade tamb\u00e9m colabora para o esgotamento:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMuitas pessoas associam o burnout com fatores externos \u2014 excesso de preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o, muitas tarefas para dar conta, entre outras coisas. Mas o fato de voc\u00ea ser sedent\u00e1rio pode te deixar mais ansioso, estressado e com dificuldade de manter o foco. \u00c9 importante sabermos <strong>equilibrar esses pontos<\/strong> para que a gente n\u00e3o se sinta fadigado\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><b>Como funciona o tratamento do burnout?\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEm primeiro lugar, a melhor maneira de lidar com o burnout \u00e9 evit\u00e1-lo\u201d, comenta Patr\u00edcia. A psic\u00f3loga explica que neste processo de preven\u00e7\u00e3o, <\/span><b>reconhecer<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 entrando em um ciclo vicioso de estresse e falta de cuidados com a sa\u00fade \u00e9 fundamental.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMuitas pessoas t\u00eam essa dificuldade de se humanizar. Olhar pra si mesmo e entender que aquela rotina est\u00e1 te levando ao estresse constante. Mas mesmo nessa dificuldade, elas conseguiram se reconectar com partes de si que haviam perdido com o estresse do dia a dia.
